ART Parties 🥳
Celebrate your child's birthday with a fun and creative Art Party. Artizey specialises in tailor-made art parties, for boys and girls, run by professional art teacher. Choose from a wide selection of activities or create your own bespoke art package. Parties can be themed to your child’s favourite characters, from monsters and aliens to butterflies and fairies. We can come to your venue or help book a space in our current venue.

COST = £12.00 per child

HOW TO BOOK
Please ring or email Artizey to discuss your needs and arrange time and date of the party and to arrange a face to face meeting. We prefer to meet with you and your child to discuss their interests and design a tailor made activity for your child's party.
A non refundable deposit of £50.00 will be required
at least 4 weeks in advance.
Bookings are only confirmed when Artizey has received the £50.00 deposit. The final outstanding balance to be paid in full before the party starts.
Saturday Classes every week at Marsden Road Health and Wellbeing Centre 10am till 11am
Booking is now available via our website.
Saturday classes, full of creativity and packed full of art fun. 1 hour classes activities include clay work, developing drawing skills in mixed media, painting skills, collage, shrink art. Classes are £6 per pupil or block book 4 classes and save.
Recommended fir ages 5+.
Venue: Marsden Road Health and Wellbeing Centre.

Our Story
Studio Background
Founded in 2019, Artizey kids art classes are focused on developing and enhancing skills, creating a love for art and all things creative. We believe everyone has an artist inside them, looking to express himself and we want to help you find your artistic voice. Each and every one of our artists has experience in the studio and in the classroom meaning you get not only teachers with great art technique, but also great teaching technique too. Artizey kids art classes is a well respected and thriving Art Center in South Shields. We’ve got a history of commitment toward our students and our artists. While we’re dedicated to producing our own art and community art, we’re also devoted to bringing the artist out in our students. Offering classes to adults, teens and children in both group settings and private lessons, there’s something for anyone looking to foster their inner Picasso. We strive to instill creativity and teach form and function to all artists and guests that come to Artizey children's art classes seeking a fun, relaxing, and well rounded artistic experience.

Artizey children's art classes was born out of a desire to support childen all over the North East area, and ever since then, that’s exactly what we’ve been developing. Our community has grown to include links with schools and South Shields Museum and Art Gallery. We help sculpt and mold pupils into the creative individuals that they are today. We’re so proud of the community we’ve created and love watching our artists blossom.

Kids Art Classes
If you have a young creative at home, want to develop there skills, have fun, try your hand at our kids art classes class. Classes are taught by an experienced art and design teacher Carla Craig, who is here to help your child become the artist they always dreamed of being. Art is great for all who want to get an all encompassing lesson about the art world.
Arts Awards are also available in Disvover and Explore.
Oil Painting
If you’re tired of working at home without improving, try your hand at this beginner class. Oil Painting is taught by a truly unbelievable artist who is here to help you become the artist you always dreamed of being. Oil Painting is great for all who want to get an all encompassing lesson about the art world.
Pencil Drawing
Get your hands dirty with a fun and interactive Pencil Drawing class today. All students love Pencil Drawing and feel extremely accomplished after leaving. Class sizes are kept small in order to ensure each participant gets enough attention from the instructor.
Arts Award provider and Family Arts supporter
We run the Discover and Explore Trinity House Art Award alongside our art classes.
Discover: is an introductory award, designed for ages 5 and above, but is open to children and young people aged 25 and under.
To achieve an Arts Award Discover, children and young people collect evidence in an individual arts log of their experiences of:
participating in arts activities
researching artists and their work
sharing their arts discoveries
Explore: is an Entry Level (Entry 3) qualification on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and is designed for ages 7 and above, but is open to children and young people aged 25 and under.To achieve an Arts Award Explore, children and young people collect evidence in an individual arts log of their experiences of:
active partication in a range of arts activities, including a personal response about what they have learnt from taking part
experience of arts organisations, artists and their work
creating a piece of art work
identification of what they have enjoyed and/or achieved, and their communication of this to others
We also work closely with the Family Arts in promoting art in the community.
